Elmbridge Way
A distinctive 12 storey condominium tower located on a major intersection in Richmond’s City Centre District has its place among many other residential towers in the immediate area defined by an exposed deep concrete frame rising full height, creating deep shadows and layering the facade.
The frame also acts as a brise-soleil against the western sun and functions as the balcony structural support for the west facing suites. A landscaped courtyard on the east facing podium deck provides residents with an on-site amenity, removed from the street activity.
