This development consists of a 16-storey high-rise and a 6-storey midrise, linked with an expansive common roof garden and amenity clubhouse.

A palette of bright colours is painted on the underside of each balcony and creates a cheerful contrast with the light, natural tones of materials used on the rest of the development.
