Located in the downtown - fronting Robson, Jervis and Alberni Street, this development was converted from a mid-century hotel into 234 studio and one-bedroom rental apartments. Street level retail along Robson Street was also renovated.

The buildings include a 6,000 sq ft amenity space with laundry facilities, fitness area and meeting spaces adjacent to a generous amenity courtyard.
