Viewstar Lot B

Viewstar Lot B features a vibrant mixed-use program anchored by two 15-storey residential towers, delivering a total of 275 homes, including 19 affordable rental units. Between the towers, a new east–west road leads to a purpose-built community centre that incorporates a full-size gym, shaping the generous courtyard open space above. Fronting No. 3 Road, the development also includes new commercial space as part of the overall program.

Along Sea Island Way, an 11-storey office tower with 214,000 sq. ft. of GFA defines the northern edge of the project. All three towers are unified by a full-site podium consisting of  three levels of above-grade parking for commercial and visitor use, plus  two underground levels dedicated to residential parking
