Viewstar Lot C

ViewStar Lot C occupies a distinctive triangular site bordered by Capstan Way, Corvette Way, and the Fraser River. With the permanent closure of River Road, the project incorporates new riverside park space that doubles the overall site area and dedicates half of it to green space. The development features two residential towers of 12 and 15 storeys, offering 89 homes with larger suite layouts designed to maximize river views and the waterfront setting. Both towers rise above a four-level parking structure, including three levels underground, resulting in a podium that sits just above the dyke elevation.

The site’s unique geometry and low-profile podium allow the building base to read as a natural extension of the surrounding park. Tower lobbies, vehicular access, and service functions are all positioned along Corvette Way, while the south edge of the podium remains largely below grade as pedestrian and cycling paths gently ramp up to meet the dyke. The Capstan Way greenway continues along the southern boundary of Lot C and connects directly into the new dyke park, envisioned as part of a future continuous waterfront trail along the Fraser River.
